Meet Erica, the Founder and Managing Director of Norwest Recruitment. Since 2002, Erica has propelled the company to remarkable success, earning prestigious awards and securing a spot on the BRW Fast 100 list. Her leadership extended Norwest Recruitment's reach with the launch of Southwest Recruitment in Wetherill Park in 2009 as well as volunteering on not for profit boards.
