- Assisting with payment runs
- Supporting project allocations
- Handling and directing customer inquiries
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Experience with accounting software
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
