Accounts Receivable Officer - Immediate Start - ASX

My client is on the hunt for a full function Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team in shaping the future of the project space and making a lasting impact.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Contact customers to manage collections within the business ensuring they are within terms
• Process new credit applications in line with business terms 
• Issue monthly statements and monitor upfront payments
• Generate invoices from orders and deliveries
• Daily bank reconciliation for main operating account
• Follow up any outstanding issue and process credits/adjustments as required
• Monthly reconciliation of Debtors ledger to General ledger
• Allocations of all payments received 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full function Accounts Receivable experience
• Be tenacious in debt collection with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, relationship-driven and impactful customer service experience
• Excellent time management expertise
• Ability to work and deliver both, individually and collaboratively as a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
