Your role:
  • Provide high levels of non-technical support to field teams on process, policies and system usage
  • Undertake a range of centralised administrative tasks to ensure the continuity of excellence
  • Faciliation of organisational change processes via the support structure to compliment training
To be successful, you will have:
  • Solid experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to link task to business process outcomes
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of business applications 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
