Your role:
- Provide high levels of non-technical support to field teams on process, policies and system usage
- Undertake a range of centralised administrative tasks to ensure the continuity of excellence
- Faciliation of organisational change processes via the support structure to compliment training
To be successful, you will have:
- Solid experience in administration and customer service
- Ability to link task to business process outcomes
- Effective spoken and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of business applications
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
