Customer Service Officer

• Eastern Creek - Plenty of Parking 
• Full Time 9am - 5pm
• $63,000 + Superannuation

Are you exceptional over the phone and enjoy helping people solve problems, good at managing a busy yet varied day and working well in a team?

• Handling inbound spare part, pricing, and warranty enquiries via phone and email
• Managing a busy inbox - processing sales orders, credits and general enquiries working closely with the Supply Chain team
• Calls and emails regarding availability and ETA's and complaint handling 
• Covering social media enquiries and promotions 
• Supporting and working closely with other states across Australia

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
