Working for a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial cleaning equipment going through an exciting growth phase and a new MD, they're serious about bringing in their next game changer into the business.
This hands-on role will involve:
Service Operations & Sales Support: Manage service and sales requests, ensure timely and accurate order processing, and warranty and part requests while maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and techs, allocating jobs managing the national customer service team.
Communication: Working with and coordinating technicians, building relationships with the warehouse, and sales teams, and collaborating with internal and national teams. Strong relationship and collaboration with management and internal teams providing support and ongoing training.
Leadership & Strategy: We're after someone resilient, patient, and adaptable, driving continuous improvement, and process enhancements, who enjoys creating SOPs and streamlining workflows.
Reporting: Meeting with and participating in management meetings providing insight and reporting across improvement projects and staff performance and KPI's.
