With recent mergers and ongoing expansion, this firm is experiencing rapid growth, making now the perfect time to join. Located in Norwest Business Park, this role is offering an exciting work environment for the team.

The Role: As a Trust Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in managing one of their largest trust. Reporting to the Compliance Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all financial transactions within the trust are accurate, compliant, and well-audited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily receipting and reconciling bank accounts

  • Managing funds to ensure conveyancers can settle transactions smoothly

  • Conducting internal audits and preparing for overdue external audits

  • Ensuring compliance with trust regulations and liaising with auditors

  • Managing referral payments and monitoring financial transactions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior demonstrated experience in trust accounting

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external auditors

  • Ability to take ownership of the role and drive improvements
