About the Role:

 

Norwest Recruitment is seeking a motivated HR Administrator/HR Coordinator/HR Consultant to join our client’s team in Kemps Creek. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to work in a dynamic environment with the potential to transition to a permanent role. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR process, supporting the business with recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to on boarding new hires

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Provide general HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries and concerns

Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration

Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance team efficiency

 

About You:

Proven experience in an HR administrative role, with knowledge of end-to-end HR processes

Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems
