About the Role:
Norwest Recruitment is seeking a motivated HR Administrator/HR Coordinator/HR Consultant to join our client’s team in Kemps Creek. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to work in a dynamic environment with the potential to transition to a permanent role. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR process, supporting the business with recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to on boarding new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries and concerns
• Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
About You:
• Proven experience in an HR administrative role, with knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems
