This respected organisation known for providing outstanding support and services is seeking a curious, proactive and detail oriented individual to join their growing team. Assist in documenting process improvements to build their internal knowledge library for their ever expanding business, and provide support and guidance to internal team members.
Do you love:
Providing exceptional guidance and support via phone, email and a ticketing system to internal teams
Reviewing, updating and creating processes to streamline efficiency and uniformity across multiple business arms
Delivering an educational support model, leading to improved client interaction
Contributing to the development of an emerging business unit
Identifying recurring issues for solution based outcomes
Managing varying workloads and prioritising tasks accordingly
Can you bring:
Strong communication, administration and customer service skills
Admin, contact center or help desk experience
A technical aptitude for software systems and a willingness to continuously learn
The ability to deliver information in a patient and professional mannerism
Experience with knowledge and/or database management
Flexibility to work a rotating roster
