Your day to day will include:

- Being the point of contact for your allocated clients and subcontractors from start to finish
- Providing a clear scope of work to all subcontractors and suppliers involved
- Coordinating multiple delivery, installation and removal projects
- Ensuring all documentation has been completed
- Booking all required subcontractors and suppliers and tracking your jobs until completion, documenting and tracking all project related costs
- Creating and submitting required HSEQ paperwork (SWMS, safety management plans)
- Invoicing the client once completed
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role or related industry is a HUGE bonus
- A good multitasker who can coordinate multiple projects and tasks
- Sharp communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional organisational skills
- MS experience – Excel & Word
