Receptionist

  • Temp to Perm – Immediate Start
  • $33 p/hour + Super
  • Located in Rydalmere with onsite parking.

A well-known company based in Rydalmere is seeking a receptionist. You will be the first point of contact greeting guests and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.

The role

  • Greet visitors via intercom and coordinate with the appropriate team members.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls (low volume) in a professional manner.
  • Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

About You  

  • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in a receptionist, office administration, or support role.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle direct communication in a fast-paced workplace.
