Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, providing coaching and performance support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive course enrolments across key areas.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales, ensuring high conversion rates from a strong pipeline of leads.
• Build relationships with HR teams, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct research on market trends, identifying opportunities for training partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team on lead generation campaigns.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports on KPIs, enrolment trends, and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and funding requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, a bonus is within VET, RTOs, or training-related sectors.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• High energy, resilience, and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to attend industry events, expos, and networking nights outside of standard hours (time in lieu provided).
