Do you have a passion for recruitment and leading high-performing teams? Well we do too!

We are a leading recruitment agency based in the Norwest Business Park in Sydney, Australia, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to join our Permanent Recruitment Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of the nicest recruitment consultants I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Our marketing agency actually posted on linkedin we were the happiest people they'd worked with in over 20 years.

As our Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our team's success and achieving our KPIs and targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent positions. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates and clients. But hey - you know all that - you've either done this before or are looking to take the next step in your career.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in permanent recruitment, preferably in a team leader or management role. You will have a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams to success, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Most importantly, you will have a positive and can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company. The bare minimum for this role is you've had a lot of experience running a white collar permanent desk.
