Justins entire world became recruitment (well not quite entire – he has three beautiful children, a divine wife Mel and little Muffin the dog) ….. and he has a couple of side hussles and he’s a wonderful singer and loves gym and fitness, when he changed roles from marketing luxury, international beauty brands 10 years ago to joining us.
