In 2001, while on maternity leave with my newborn twin boys, I watched with fascination as Norwest Business Park grew, attracting global enterprises and professional firms. Residential development was booming, and my busy role in recruitment in the CBD was waiting for me.
I started to notice something: despite 30 recruitment agencies already operating in the area, there was room for something different. Businesses wanted a professional, local service that truly understood their needs. At the same time, talented professionals were looking for meaningful careers closer to home, without the long commute to the city.
This realisation, combined with my recruitment experience and the talented people I’ve worked with, led to the creation of Norwest Recruitment. Our goal was simple - to help people and businesses achieve great things by connecting the best talent with the right opportunities. We love seeing people grow in their careers and helping businesses in Greater Western Sydney thrive.
Today, as my twins turn 23 (alongside their 18-year-old brother), Norwest Recruitment has grown into a trusted name.
